From apartment buildings to whole city's build in eco-friendly material and resources. There is a matter of over population and education to proceed with new technics in construction preserving natural resources. A few alternative methods addressing the cause for a change ever since forty percent of carbon emissions comes from construction are;
wind turbines, solar panels, high sufficient lighting, ultra efficient insulation, water conservation reuse and recycling even plumbing recycling and recycled shipping containers housed by Arcgency.

All through all topics deserve equal attention the 'Water Conservation Reuse and Recycling' is a special inquiry to look at. A study and a report later by a group of specialists in (2002), from the United States and Iran met in Tunis, Tunisia in a first attempt for an interacademy workshop on water analysis and "crisis", until (2005) were workshops held and located in Tunis after political issues disrupted travel by both sides.
Further the Tunisian involvement in resolving water conservation reuse and recycling issues the participation was that of interest from both sides by the United States and Iran. The selection of the applicants diverted from the National Academy of Science and the National Academy of Engineering. The Iranian Academy of Science of the Islamic Republic of Iran choose it's applicants.
Tunisian professionals also were on board invited by the National Academies. All participants delivered their own knowledge and all subject indicated their own personal view.
The report follows the agenda for the workshop, all statements were confer, and the lists of the visits. As a result to allow open and honest discussion at the workshop, all comments were deleted during the discussion periods.
The symposium specialists found common sense regarding in context of water resources management and sustainability. Were affiliated conclusions between United States and Iran observed. The following similarities occur.
- Population expansion on water resources rapidly grew in the last half of the 20th century;
- Increased urbanization is changing the important agrarian nature in many areas;
- Economic advance is on demand on existing water supplies.
- Agriculture is the largest reason consuming water supplies;
- The geographical arrangements of water is not including the geographical arrangements of population.
- "Handling" of ground water is growing rapidly with a growth of ground overdraft;
- Depot and transport facilities have been way long used to avoid water scarcity,
- The demand for new administration regime in an era escalating scarcity is recognized;
- The importance of investors participation in fashioning solutions to water problems is known;
Altered Iran and United States fairly diverse histories in their own words to cope with water scarcity, the attempts of both were useful.
In the meantime both countries have a different story to tell regarding water scarcity and their efforts to fight scarcity, which are instructive. Each country is at different level along a trajectory of assistance to solve water problems. Each country has had successes and each has had failures.
In this research of this volume more experience added by both countries to resolve and manage water problems that maybe in high priority in future. From a point of view that members discussed the most affiliated water problems. Four elements in agreement presenting critical issues.
Solar power, energy a back to the future theory with solar panels orbit the Sun, this sounds futuristic, sending big waves of energy into gigantic inverters, a very ambitious plan and could be the next big thing in energy. But Dr. Cristoforo Benvenuti an Italian scientist from Milan, while working at Cern and on maintaining the vacuum,
in one of the largest particle accelerator, he is using the same technology to produce highly efficient solar panels. Geneva International Airport just began putting up 300 of Benvenuti's panels, considerable big deal. With in six month's 1200 square meters of the main terminal will be covered, providing heat and cool for the airport buildings year around.
Solar panels first created in the 70's? during the unpleasant energy crisis, then Cern fund the alternative energy project. It was Benvenuti and his team mates building three prototypes, but the crisis ended?, together with the work of physics.
In order to maintain best the vacuums on solar panels, Benvenuti finds out that piece of equipment, called the 'getter' could equally work for the accelerators. 'The Getter' is a sticky surface trapping any particle that bounces onto it. Later and maintaining the vacuums 'the getter' runs 14 miles for the L.E.P.
His work on solar panels dated back in the 70's were nobody else stated. After 30 years and still under redemption the challenge was in geometry. And been able to frame a vacuum to seal 2 meters of glass in a metal box. Shapes like flat panels are harder to seal then the cylinder ones helping to collect more sunlight. Benvenuti and his team made all happen.
Preventing loosing energy, accelerators need vacuums, so the beam remain in tacked when interacting with gas molecules. Instead having vacuums between the glass and the solar panels which will cost energy loss, each time when particles traveled between the hot light observer and the cold front glass.
Benvenuti's vacuum-sealed solar panels offer the solution capturing diffuse light using mirrors and not relying on direct sunlight. And that makes up the 50 percent of the light in central European climate like Switzerland.

- Predict and managing droughts.
- New? technology for economical recycling of urban wastewater without unfavorable impacts on public health.
- Improving the economic effectiveness using water in agriculture.
- Creating new and uniformed bland plans for managing water regularly, complete with ancestry and traditions in all.
