| Κοτόπουλο φιλέτο τυλιγμένο με μπέικον και λαδολέμονο σερβιρισμένο με καροτάκια Μαροκινά |

| Υλικά για 8 άτομα
4 μεγάλα φιλέτα κοτόπουλο με την πετσούλα τους
12 πλατιές λωρίδες μπέικον
2 κουτ σούπας φυλλαράκια θυμαριού
1 φλιτζ του καφέ ελαιόλαδο
Αλάτι, πιπέρι
Για το λαδολέμονο
1 φλιτζ τσαγιού ελαιόλαδο
Χυμό από 1 λεμόνι
1 κουτ σούπας μουστάρδα
3 κουτ σούπας ψιλοκομμένο άνηθο |

Πλένετε καλά τα φιλέτα του κοτόπουλου, τα στεγνώνετε, τα βάζετε σε ένα μπολ και τα περιχύνετε με το ελαιόλαδο. Αλατίζετε και πιπερώνετε και πασπαλίζετε με το θυμάρι.

Τυλίγετε κάθε φιλέτο με 3 λουρίδες μπέικον συγκρατώντας το με μια οδοντογλυφίδα. Προθερμαίνετε το φούρνο στους 200ο , βάζετε τα φιλέτα πάνω στη σχάρα του φούρνου με ένα ταψάκι από κάτω και τα ψήνετε για ½ ώρα και μέχρι να ροδίσουν καλά. Αμέσως μετά τα αναποδογυρίζετε και τα ψήνετε ακόμα 10 λεπτά.

Όσο ψήνονται τα φιλέτα ετοιμάζετε το λαδολέμονο. Μέσα στο μπλέντερ του μίξερ σας τοποθετείτε το ελαιόλαδο, το χυμό λεμονιού, τη μουστάρδα και τον ψιλοκομμένο άνηθο. Τα χτυπάτε μέχρι να γίνουν ένα ομοιογενές μίγμα.

Βγάζετε τα ψημένα φιλέτα από το φούρνο, αφαιρείτε τις οδοντογλυφίδες και με ένα πολύ κοφτερό μαχαίρι τα κόβετε σε φετούλες. Τα σερβίρετε σε πιατέλα και τα περιχύνετε με το πικάντικο λαδολέμονο.

Για να ετοιμάσετε τα καρότα , πάρτε 6 μεγαλούτσικα καρότα, καθαρίστε τα, κόφτε τα σε ροδέλες και βάλτε τα σε ένα μεγάλο τηγάνι μαζί με 3-4 κουταλιές λάδι. Σοτάρετέ τα καλά σε μέτρια φωτιά, πασπαλίστε τα με 1 κουτάλι σούπας τριμμένο κύμινο, αλατίστε τα απαλά και σβήστε τα με 1 φλιτζ τσαγιού φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκαλιού. Δυναμώστε τη φωτιά και μαγειρεύτε τα μέχρι να ρουφήξουν όλο το πορτοκάλι. Τα διατηρείτε ζεστά μέχρι το σερβίρισμα.
